“Ariel and her Team (Eric) from MFCU are absolutely the best. MFCU itself offers the best rate for the 5/5 ARM program for San Diego locals as it is a non-profit financial institution. This is a unique program which has less risk than 5/1 or 7/1 but you can also get a better rate compared to 30 years fixed. The reason for me to chose her was because I had a lot of questions while I was shopping around, she was super patient and quick to respond to my questions and help me even on weekends for my pre-approval letters, she always on top of things.
